Do what you can.
I’m Cody, thanks so much for stopping by!
My goal is to make fitness relatable, achievable, and enjoyable for every woman who wants to feel her best. At any age.
I have been in the fitness industry for over 25 year and have worked as a step aerobics instructor, a personal trainer, and a bootcamp instructor. I am an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor as well a GGS certified Women’s Coaching Specialist and Menopause Coaching Specialist.
I specialize in helping women in their 40’s and beyond balance exercise with the hectic demands of everyday life and the specific hurdles that women face as we age.
Forget unrealistic expectations. No fancy gimmicks, extreme nutrition or exercise plans here. We are all about helping you achieve your goals in a way that is sustainable, whether it’s having more energy, feeling stronger, losing weight, or just having fun along the way.
Whether you are new to exercise and not sure how to get started, or are already active and looking for something fun and different, there’s a place for you here.
I am wholeheartedly committed to creating a welcoming place for women to come together, and lift each other up. To work, sweat, laugh, celebrate what our bodies can do, and redefine what it means to be flourishing and living your best life at 40 and beyond.

Finally…an exercise program I can stick to and even have fun with! Whatever fitness level you are at, Cody will meet you there as a starting point. She is very knowledgable, kind, motivating, and has been able to offer just the right modifications to accommodate my healing process while building strength and my confidence too! Plus, her sense of humor and ability to relate to everything that is real and really hard about working out is a huge bonus! -Elizabeth
FAQS:
-
Bootcamps are outdoor, group training sessions designed to improve your fitness, increase your energy and confidence, and build a community of badass women. We do a variety of bodyweight and strength training, circuit and interval training, as well as balance and mobility work.
-
Absolutely not! These classes will meet you right where you are. I am always happy to offer modifications or alternatives.
-
If you would like to get an idea of what the classes are like, I would recommend trying one of Saturday Social classes, or the Bootcamp 101 series. These are more casual than the weekday classes, but will give you a good idea of what to expect.
-
If a class is cancelled for any reason (weather, illness, etc…), a makeup class will be offered during the break between sessions.
-
You should bring a exercise mat, a pair of light weights and a pair of heavy weights (2-10lbs), and water. Any other equipment used in class will be provided.
-
The classes are held outdoors, in a variety of places, in Queen Anne. We take full advantage of the neighborhood scenery (and stairs). Specific locations for the following week are shared over the weekend.
